• He has vast experience over 35 years of Corporate/Motor and Rural especially in Cattle insurance. Besides, he has liaised with scheduled, RRBs, cooperative banks and Government entities and thus has high exposure of dealing with such big entities.
• He possesses key skills and rich qualities in Risk Management with his several postings at high level of management looking after many portfolios in a Central Government Undertaking.
• He has expertise in strategic thinking, setting goals and their adaptability with his innovative ideas.
• With such a huge experience, he is a jack of all trades and knows how to handle any task in the public sector while working responsibly like no other.
Recognitions (notable achievements): During his various postings in Public Sector Undertaking Insurance Company at different places, he was awarded many times the Best Branch & Divisional Head for his remarkable performance under his Region.

Dr. Shri Sunil Kumar Gulati

IAS (Retd), Chief Finance and Chief Compliance Officer Education from Institution : B.Tech Mechanical from I.I.T Kanpur, M. Tech (Systems and Management Studies) from IIT Delhi and
Ph.D on “Managing and Planning of Long Term Care of the Elderly” from IIT Delhi.

Professional qualification and background : MBA from IIM, Bangalore.
Retired from the government as Special Chief Secretary and Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana at New Delhi after 37 years of service in the Indian Administrative Service

Recognitions (Awards and Accolades): Dr Gulati, a researcher-reformer has authored several books & research papers. Besides he is National Trainer on Ethics & Values appointed by DOPT & UNDP. Received numerous accolades such as
i)1994 IMM-LIC TOP PROFESSIONAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD presented by Sh Pranab Mukherjee, then Finance Minister.
ii) THE GLOBAL INDIA EXCELLENCE AWARD 1995 presented by Sh Arjun Singh, then HRD Minister.
iii) UDYOG RATTAN AWARD 1994 for the revival of the steel PSU of Haryana.
iv)President of India’s Census Medal 2004
v) Ch Ranbir Singh Hooda Memorial Award, 2010 for outstanding Social Work on Civil Registration Re-engineering.

He was the Rotary International Ambassador of Goodwill and Understanding to Argentina in 1998. Mr. Gulati is a National Senior and Junior Science Talent Scholar who had won the Invention Essay contest of NRDC and was a CBSE topper in his batch in 1977.

He successfully commenced the Pulse Polio program in 1996. The slogan, "एक भी बच्चा छूट गया सुरक्षा चक्र टूट गया " scripted by him for the campaign was/is extensively used by Mr. Amitabh Bachchan.

The switchover of Census data entry from manual mode to the scanning mode of 20 crore Household schedule forms in the 2001 Census was piloted by Mr. Gulati. For these efforts he was awarded the President’s Census Medal for 2001 Census.

Mr. Gulati with his team succeeded in Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) of Social Security pensions to over 23.7 lakh elderly, widows, and other social security pensioners since 2016 and got Haryana the Best State in India, Subscriber Coverage Award.
